Terms & Conditions – Panchaloha Idol Manufacturing & Sales
Order Confirmation
Orders will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance or full payment as agreed.
Custom-made Panchaloha idols are manufactured only after order confirmation.
Payment Terms
100% advance payment is required to commence manufacturing.
All payments are non-transferable and must be made to the authorized account of KATH ARTIFACTS STATUE UNIT.
Manufacturing Process
Every Panchaloha idol is handcrafted by skilled artisans using the traditional lost-wax casting process.
As each idol is handmade, slight variations in dimensions, finish, weight, and appearance are natural and are not considered defects. (Shree Ma Sculptures)
Panchaloha Composition
Panchaloha idols are manufactured using the traditional five-metal alloy in accordance with established craftsmanship practices.
The exact proportion of metals may vary depending on the deity, size, design, and manufacturing requirements. (Shree Ma Sculptures)
Delivery Schedule
Within India: 30–45 days from confirmation of payment.
International Orders: 45–60 days, subject to customs clearance and shipping schedules.
Shipping & Packaging
Products are packed securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Shipping, insurance, customs duty, GST, and other applicable taxes or government charges shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
International Shipping
Export of idols is subject to applicable Indian laws and regulations.
Where required, export documentation, including any necessary certifications such as a Non-Antiquity Certificate (NAC), will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations. (Digital Sansad)
Inspection & Acceptance
Customers must inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Advance payments are non-refundable after manufacturing begins.
Returns & Refunds
As all idols are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Care Instructions
Clean the idol using a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals, acids, abrasives, and mechanical polishing unless specifically recommended.
Warranty
Warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by mishandling, accidents, improper installation, misuse, or natural disasters is not covered.
Religious & Ritual Usage
Consecration (Prana Pratishtha), installation, and rituals are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Customers are advised to consult qualified priests or Agama experts for installation and worship procedures.
Limitation of Liability
KATH ARTIFACTS STATUE UNIT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use, installation, transportation, or handling of the idols.
Force Majeure
Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation delays, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Acceptance
By placing an order and making payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
