Refund Policy

At KATH ARTIFACTS STATUE UNIT, every Panchaloha, Brass, Copper idol is handcrafted according to the customer's specifications. As these are customized religious artifacts, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Custom-Made Products

All idols are handcrafted based on customer requirements regarding deity, size, design, finish, and material. Therefore, all confirmed orders are considered custom orders.

2. No Refund After Production Begins

Once the manufacturing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Any payment gateway charges, bank charges, or administrative charges incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Damaged Products

If the product is damaged during shipping, customers must:

• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear photographs and an unboxing video.

• Retain the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

After verification, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:

• Replacement of the damaged idol.

• Repair of the idol.

• Partial or full refund if replacement is not possible.

5. Manufacturing Defects

If a genuine manufacturing defect is found, customers should notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs.

Upon verification, we may:

• Repair the product.

• Replace the product.

• Offer an appropriate refund.

6. No Refund in the Following Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after order confirmation.

• Minor variations in size, colour, finish, or weight due to handcrafted production.

• Damage caused by improper handling or installation.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Religious or ceremonial preferences after delivery.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to banking procedures.
